A company, 'Google', wants to advertise it's logo before users can view content / receive licenses.
The logo is an image with a static URL (it never changes).
A company, 'Google', wants to use dynamic advertising to present an advertisement to the user
before the user can view content / receive licenses. This is done by entering an URL which points
to a web page (as opposed to a static image) which the company (or any partner of the company)
controls. This web page is called for every new request to receive a license and returns an XML string
to our License Server which includes the URL to the advertisment image and the URL which the advertisment
points to.
